Meet the President
John Southwell is a native Georgian that moved to the Atlanta area in 1973. Many years were spent working for some of the largest and most respected construction companies in the city. He has worked in the residential and commercial construction industries for over 30 years and has successfully completed over $500 million in construction projects. His career path started as a residential designer and superintendent, but developed quickly to VP of Construction and then President of several high-volume construction companies. In addition to construction management, John has received extensive training and experience in estimating, purchasing, accounting, and scheduling. Some of John’s credentials are as follows:
